With the theme “Cultivating Young Leaders, Today!”, YeAy 2024 brought together youth participants from cooperatives across the Philippines. The event centered on strengthening youth involvement in agriculture, promoting Indigenous Peoples’ culture, conserving biodiversity, and improving cooperative productivity.

Interactive workshops, discussions, and cultural presentations were conducted to equip participants with the tools to drive innovation and sustainability in their cooperatives. The event also celebrated Indigenous heritage, encouraging its integration into modern agricultural practices.

FSSI’s support for YeAy 2024 reinforced its commitment to advancing inclusive and sustainable development by empowering the youth to address pressing challenges in the agriculture sector.
