The Foundation for a Sustainable Society, Inc. (FSSI) continues to invest in strengthening the knowledge and skills of its team to better serve communities and partners.
From June 23 to 25, 2026, FSSI Partnership Unit Manager Ednie Luceño-Casiller and Capacity Building Officer Elaine Anne Sumile participated in the Train-the-Trainer: Designing and Delivering Effective Trainings for Renewable Energy Transitions workshop in Bangkok, Thailand.
Organized by Agora Energiewende, the three-day workshop introduced practical tools and approaches for designing engaging, interactive, and learner-centered training programs.
Participants explored active learning methodologies, approaches to identifying target learners’ needs, developing effective learning objectives, and designing training concepts that encourage collaboration and meaningful knowledge sharing.
The learning opportunity further strengthens FSSI’s capacity to deliver training and knowledge-sharing initiatives for civil society organizations and social enterprises working toward sustainable and inclusive development.
