The Foundation for a Sustainable Society, Inc. (FSSI) conducted a Market Development Webinar for its social enterprise partners on April 27, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, via Zoom.
The session was facilitated by Ms. Regi Gaza and Ms. French Vibar of Business Fair Trade Consulting (BizFTC).
The webinar aimed to help FSSI-assisted social enterprises better understand their markets and identify practical ways to reach the right customers and improve sales. The session focused on key market development concepts, including identifying priority customers, defining a clear value proposition, and choosing effective channels to reach buyers.
Participants were guided through workshop activities that helped them assess their products or services, describe their customers, identify the value they offer, and reflect on how their products reach the market. The discussion also covered external factors that may affect business operations, such as price changes, supply concerns, market shifts, logistics issues, and changing customer needs.
As part of the session output, participants were encouraged to identify priority customers, develop a clearer value proposition, choose priority channels, and outline action steps to strengthen their market approach.
Through the webinar, FSSI continued to support its social enterprise partners in strengthening enterprise operations, improving market readiness, and building more sustainable businesses guided by the triple bottomline (3BL) of people, planet, and profit.
