ECLOF Philippines Microfinance, Inc. (EPMI), New FSSI Social Enterprise Partner

The Foundation for a Sustainable Society, Inc. (FSSI) has partnered with ECLOF Philippines Microfinance, Inc. (EPMI), a non-government micro-finance institution that provides fair credit, technical support, and training to farmers and entrepreneurs to help build sustainable communities.

Initially formed in 1972 by the National Council of Churches in the Philippines (NCCP), a member organization of FSSI, EPMI became an independent organization in 1995 and began micro-finance operations in 2001.

As of December 2024, EPMI supports 15,085 farmers and micro-entrepreneurs through financial and non-financial services.

FSSI supports EPMI through the Microfinance Operations – Market Deepening project by providing revolving capital to help expand its micro-finance services and meet the financing needs of a recovering economy.
