BACKGROUND
The Foundation for a Sustainable Society, Inc. (FSSI) is a social investment organization committed to support the development of sustainable communities through social entrepreneurship.
FSSI is in need of one (1) Human Resources Intern. S/he will report to the Human Resources and Administration (HRA) Unit.
SUMMARY OF TASKS AND QUALIFICATIONS
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must be a student, enrolled in an undergraduate-level degree program at the time of application and during internship. Candidates that have completed the required internship courses at the time of application are not eligible for this internship.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Compute employee monthly attendance and prepare attendance records for routing to employees and immediate supervisors.
2. Prepare individual files for attendance records of each employee.
3. Collect data for HRA unit performance tracking:
a. Recruitment turnaround time
b. Performance appraisals
c. Utilities consumption
d. Others
4. Assist in the conduct of physical inventory of furniture (individually issued or communally used) and in the updating of inventory records.
5. Assist in the canvass of materials and equipment for office procurement.
6. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
PERIOD OF ASSIGNMENT
Duration: At least 300 hours between January and March 2025.
Please note that FSSI provides a daily modest stipend. Interns may choose to continue their internship beyond the 300 hours in agreement with the designated supervisor.
Location: Hybrid (Onsite and work-from-home arrangement)
