The Foundation for a Sustainable Society, Inc. (FSSI) conducted a two-day Developing Winning Teams: Leadership and Coaching Skills training for women-owned and led social enterprises (WSEs) on March 30 and 31, 2023, the last in a series of workshops conducted for its WSE partners, and the culmination of the Foundation’s Women’s Month celebration.
The training was aimed at equipping managers, supervisors, and team leaders with the knowledge and skills they need to support their team members’ performance and to manage their entire team’s productivity. All these with the aim of empowering them to develop the mindset that will help them work collaboratively with their people to help them achieve organizational goals and objectives.
The training provided an opportunity for women leaders to develop their skills and abilities to lead and engage teams effectively and help build more sustainable and successful social enterprises.
During the training, corporate coach and certified trainer Clarice Cabanlit discussed leadership, communication skills, team management, and basic coaching skills.
