FSSI Joins LEAD to SERVE Program

The Foundation for a Sustainable Society, Inc. (FSSI) joins the third iteration of the LEAD to Serve Program, a competency-based capacity building program that aims to develop the next generation of civil society leaders in the country.

FSSI Project Development and Monitoring Unit (PDMU) Officer-in-Charge Celina Rosete and Credit Officer Mark Tanedo are participating in the program. The LEAD to Serve Program is implemented by the Association of Foundations (AF), an FSSI member organization, and is the largest network of foundations and non-government organizations (NGOs) in the Philippines. The program will include leadership competency assessments, organizational assessments, action planning, mentoring, and online sessions on non-profit leadership competencies.

Through the program, FSSI aims to develop its staff and also assess its leadership and organizational capacity which will serve as guide for institutional development.

The 30-day course, spread throughout twelve months, is expected to formally begin on March 11, 2022.
